Ribtips come from the trimming of the excess meat off our back ribs.
We use all the same preparation and cooking steps as we do with our ribs. The end result are bite sized pieces of our ribs, just without the bone.
The taste of ribtips range from a mix of juicy and tender pieces to drier, almost beef jerky strips of smoked heaven.
