The key to making really good roast beef is simple. Don’t be in a hurry.
The roast beef is covered in our own mix of herbs and spices and then wrapped in bacon. After all, doesn’t bacon make everything better?
We then cook our beef low and slow, usually for six to seven hours, allowing the meat time to become moist and tender.
Once its finished, we let it settle for three hours before thinly slicing it.
Before serving the beef is heated once more in our beef broth then layered on our custom made egg washed bun.
